Preparation of faculty activity and strategic plan, peer and self-assessment reports and monitoring their implementation
Following and controlling the decisions of the faculty board and faculty management board
Following up the practices related to occupational health and safety
Following up the system, legislation and regulations
Clarifying the incoming and outgoing correspondence (related to the area of responsibility)
Following up the web committee of our faculty and departments
Following up the disciplinary work and procedures of our faculty
Following up the permissions, reports etc. of academic and administrative personnel
Developing human resources and monitoring personnel affairs (administrative and academic personnel)
Coordination of quality assurance and accreditation studies
Control of inspection, movable registration work and accrual procedures
Following up and controlling purchasing work and procedures
Following up the processes related to the faculty journal
Controlling and monitoring additional course fee forms and exam fee forms
Coordination and monitoring of internship activities for undergraduate students
Developing relations with the business world and society, planning and coordination, increasing the sector experience of academic staff
Planning and coordination of scientific activities
Conducting the work of the Vice Dean Assoc. Prof. Dr. Burak KESKİN in his absence
Performing other duties specified in the Laws and Regulations given by the Dean`s Office of our Faculty

To follow up on student disciplinary procedures
To follow up and control the faculty board and faculty executive board decisions
To clarify the incoming and outgoing correspondence of our faculty (related to the area of responsibility)
To follow up on horizontal and vertical transfer committees
To follow up on graduation procedures and follow up
Student affairs (course registration procedures, course adding and dropping procedures, adaptation procedures)
To ensure the orientation of foreign students
To plan the education and training of our faculty
To develop education and training programs (follow up and update of curricula)
To follow up and coordinate Mevlana, Farabi, Erasmus and Bologna processes
To follow up on our faculty education and training programs (course programs and exam programs)
To plan and coordinate social, cultural, artistic and sports activities
To coordinate and follow up on internship activities
To check and follow up on additional course fee forms and exam fee forms
To coordinate between departments
To follow up on relations with graduate students
To carry out scholarship committee works and procedures follow-up
Organizing the events organized by the faculty and taking the necessary precautions
Coordinating the distance education activities of our faculty,
Conducting the work of the Vice Dean Prof. Dr. Barış ÖZTUNA in his absence
Performing other duties specified in the Laws and Regulations assigned by the Dean`s Office of our faculty
