Our Faculty`s First Annual Alumni Reunion was held online on Thursday, November 20, 2025.Our Dean`s Office held the Second Alumni Reunion online on November 20, 2025. The program was opened by our Dean, Prof. Dr. Yavuz Demirel. The program, which attracted considerable interest, was moderated by our Vice Dean, Prof. Dr. Barış Öztun. The session then progressed to the section where our alumni shared their experiences regarding their academic years, post-graduation exam preparation, and professional life. This section addressed the following:*The importance of current students using our university library,*The importance of participating in non-governmental organizations,*The benefits of participating in seminars, conferences, courses, etc.,*The benefits of participating in student organizations,*The advantages of learning a new language,*The importance of obtaining a CMB license,*The necessity of taking advantage of Erasmus opportunities,*The importance of self-confidence.
Topics such as: *Researching job opportunities near graduation, monitoring job postings on various websites, preparing a compelling CV,*Reminding students of the importance of self-improvement through regular study,*The importance of maintaining constant communication with faculty,*The quality of our university`s education and alumni`s awareness of representing our university were highlighted.Following the program, the Dean`s Office discussed future plans:*Planning the alumni reunion as a face-to-face event,*Ensuring and diversifying the participation of our current students in the reunion,*Organizing career days to invite our alumni to our faculty and providing them with opportunities to speak with our students. The program concluded with the hope of seeing you at the next reunion.
